Eco Viper offers various types of support for users. Live Chat, Email, Ticket, FAQ, and Phone support. Unfortunately, due to extremely high demand for the Eco Viper Chip V 3.0 delays for phone support may be longer than usual. For faster response, we suggest that users contact us via email at support@ecoviper.com
All packages are insured by EasyPost. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us and we will issue a replacement in exchange for the defective or damaged product absolutely free of charge.
All Eco Viper Chips are pre-programed and are vehicle specific. If your order has not been shipped it is possible to exchange your chip programming for a different year, make and model.
We currently offer several discounts such as 50% off your first chip and an additional 25% off your second chip on your order. These promotions do NOT require a discount code and will be applied directly to your cart. We also offer free shipping with the use of several discount codes that can be found online and offline on our advertising campaigns. If for any reason your discount code for free shipping does not work, please contact us at support@ecoviper.com and we will apply free shipping directly to your checkout cart.
Due to several factors such as high order volumes and carrier delays that are out of our control, we currently do not offer expedited shipping.Â
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. For certain locations such as Canada we accept Interac E-Transfers.Â
Yes! Prepaid Visa and Master Card credit cards are also accepted.
That’s fine. If you have the ability to pay online with your Visa debit your transaction will be processed as a normal transaction on our system.
For multiple security reasons, personal checks are not accepted. We do however accept money orders.
We only accept bank or wire transfers on corporate orders that are over 1000.00$

We offer a 3-year extended warranty on all chips. If you feel your product is defective please contact warranty@ecoviper.com and we will replace your chip free of charge in exchange for your defective chip.

Yes! Inside the packaging we sent out with your chip you will find installation information. The process is quite easy all you need to do is to insert your pre-programmed chip into the OBD2 outlet of your vehicle. If you still need help please contact us at support@ecoviper.com
No! All chips are pre-programmed based on your vehicle’s year, make, and model before we ship out. Rest assured your chip is optimized when you receive it to guarantee maximum efficiency and results.
No! One of the amazing features of the Eco Viper V 3.0 chip is its Plug N’ Drive benefits. All you need to do is insert it into your OBD2 outlet and your good to go!
No. The Eco Viper chip does not modify any element of your vehicle, it optimizes the current settings to increase horsepower, torque, and overall settings. When you remove your Eco Viper Chip the default settings of your vehicle are restored and there is no trace of the Viper Chip ever being installed.
Yes! It is possible to get a refund. We offer a 180 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied by the quality of your product in the first 180 of your purchase, simply contact our refunds department at refunds@ecoviper.com We will issue a return envelope for you to return your Viper Chip. Once your Viper Chip has been received we will issue your refund.
Unfortunately, we feel like 180 days is more than enough time to try the Eco Viper Chip. We will not issue any refunds after the 180-day period.
Refunds are not issued on defective products. If your product turns out to be defective, we will issue a replacement free of charge under our 3-year extended warranty policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on a chip if you no longer need it because you sold your car. You can however send it back free of charge and we will issue a credit for 50% of the amount paid on a new chip that is compatible with your new vehicle so you can continue to enjoy savings on gas.
Refunds usually take 3-10 business days before they appear. Once our returns department receives your Viper Chip, refunds are immediately processed on our end generally the same day the chip is received. Refund delays are out of our control and are dependent on your bank.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Due to the high demand for our products and the current gas rates, the decision was made in Q1 of 2022 to ship our products worldwide. Please keep in mind that some remote locations might have a longer delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience, these delays are out of our control.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of the Viper Chip and the high amount of orders currently being processed, our current ship-out time is between 5-14 business days. If your Viper Chip hasn’t arrived in 30 calendar days, please reach out to our support team and we will issue a new one free of charge.
Yes! All shipments have a tracing number. Once your order has been processed, programmed, and picked up by a carrier, we will update your account with a tracking number. Tracking will be available on the Ecoviper.com tracking page well as on the carrier website.
There is no need to purchase insurance for your order. Eco Viper provides insurance on all shipments free of charge.
We currently ship out from Canada and the United States. We are currently working to setup locations in Europe and Asia that will help us reduce ship time.
If your tracking number indicates that your shipment has been delivered and you have not received it please contact a member of our support team and we will investigate the issue and make things right.Â
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. High demand may cause processing to be a little longer than anticipated. Please keep in mind that all chips must be pre-programmed before being shipped out to guarantee maximum efficiency.
Address changes can only be made prior to your order being shipped. Once shipped modifications can only be made with the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your Viper Chip. For any questions concerning shipping issue, please feel free to contact our support team at support@ecoviper.com
If you suspect that your Viper Chip was stolen after you received a delivery confirmation we ask you to please contact the courier that confirmed delivery and open a stolen goods claim using the tracking information available in your client panel or email. Once the case number open with your carrier contact our support team at support@ecoviper.com with your claim number and we will issue a refund.
It is important for us to assure that the correct product is shipped out. We take extra care in reviewing the information you provided pertaining to your vehicle’s year, make and model to assure you receive the right Viper Chip.
Due to the high number of orders being processed, order cancellations can only be processed in the first 24 hours following your order. For all cancellations after the 24 hour period we require product to be received and sent back for a refund.
All shipments are insured against defects due to damage. If your product is damaged and defective please contact our claims department at claims@ecoviper.com for a return envelope. Once your defective product has been received we will issue a replacement of a refund.
